Advisor Product Lead

Job Summary

Owning the advisor experience in a remote, full-time capacity, the Advisor Product Lead will manage the development of AI Chat enhancements, build Tern's advisor mobile app, and oversee selling and marketing tools to support travel advisors in their workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the advisor AI Chat experience, ensuring usability for all advisors and shipping multiple enhancements weekly
• Develop a cost-to-value model for AI Chat to ensure scalable economics
• Lead the creation of Tern's advisor mobile app, focusing on core workflows for advisors

Required qualifications

• Experience as an early PM at a high-growth startup for at least three years
• Hands-on experience in shipping AI and LLM-powered features
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on weekly shipping cycles
• Strong understanding of user needs and operational excellence
• Proven track record of clear communication and ownership of outcomes
