Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design advisor onboarding and activation programs that drive time-to-first-plan
- Build scalable training materials, including webinars and client conversation guides
- Implement systems for scalable engagement and lead the relationship management team
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of RIA workflows and advisor personas
- Track record of building repeatable onboarding playbooks and activation programs
- Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven with the ability to define KPIs and build dashboards
