Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design advisor onboarding and activation programs that drive time-to-first-plan
  • Build scalable training materials, including webinars and client conversation guides
  • Implement systems for scalable engagement and lead the relationship management team
Required Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of RIA workflows and advisor personas
  • Track record of building repeatable onboarding playbooks and activation programs
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven with the ability to define KPIs and build dashboards
