Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor Support Professional to provide quality service to field partners and clients in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an advocate for VFA Broker Dealer by assisting with complex issues regarding account statuses, balances, account transfers, and general inquiries
  • Provide professional, accurate, and prompt service to field partners and clients with a sense of urgency
  • Utilize research and analytical skills to resolve client issues effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of previous inbound call center experience
  • Financial services industry experience is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Availability to work any shift within operational hours (8am-5pm CST)
