Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advisor Support Professional to provide quality service to field partners and clients in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an advocate for VFA Broker Dealer by assisting with complex issues regarding account statuses, balances, account transfers, and general inquiries
- Provide professional, accurate, and prompt service to field partners and clients with a sense of urgency
- Utilize research and analytical skills to resolve client issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous inbound call center experience
- Financial services industry experience is preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Availability to work any shift within operational hours (8am-5pm CST)
