Job Summary
To enhance the effectiveness and clarity of communications for advisor teams, the full-time remote Advisor Team Communications Lead will manage the end-to-end communications process, ensuring timely and relevant information is delivered while collaborating with various departments across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies tailored to advisor needs and corporate objectives
- Own the execution of recurring advisor communications, including newsletters and webinars, while managing timelines and content quality
- Serve as the primary liaison between corporate departments and advisor teams, facilitating information flow and gathering feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial advisory business models and advisor needs
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Experience with communication platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
