Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and grow Advisory Services programs to support customers through planning, implementation, and go-live
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout engagements
• Develop frameworks and solutions based on business process and product knowledge, including IT and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks
• Proven track record of designing and executing consulting programs that drive measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and measuring success
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or a related field
