Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advocacy & Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs for sales associates and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute training programs focused on pet nutrition, product knowledge, and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with North American regulations
  • Define and track KPIs related to training effectiveness and continuously refine programs based on feedback
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Animal Science, Nutrition, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales training, enablement, or advocacy, preferably in the pet food or FMCG sectors
  • Strong knowledge of pet nutrition and regulatory environment in North America
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring training effectiveness
