Job Summary
Advocacy Communications Manager is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing advocacy communication strategies, managing social media content, and tracking media coverage related to health advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote advocacy agendas across various platforms
- Create and distribute advocacy communication materials, including social media content and newsletters
- Track and report on media coverage related to advocacy issues and assist in organizing advocacy events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience in social and digital media, as well as traditional media
- Experience with digital content management systems
- Experience working on integrated staff teams
- Knowledge of health policy issues is preferred
