Advocacy Giving Coordinator

Job Summary

To support impactful campaigns, the full-time Advocacy Giving Coordinator will engage with grassroots organizations, manage charitable giving proposals, and create compelling communications while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage and support US retail shops with charity pot inquiries and local group sourcing
• Review and manage US giving proposals, collaborating with internal stakeholders to prepare presentations
• Write and publish engaging content for internal newsletters and public-facing materials to highlight grassroots initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in community-focused initiatives or grassroots events, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create impactful content for various platforms
• Highly organized with experience in managing budgets and financial tracking
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines
• Deep passion for environmental sustainability, human rights, and animal protection
