Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advocate Community Lead to manage communication strategies and foster community among advocates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own internal advocate communication channels and community platforms
  • Facilitate engagement through onboarding sessions and advocate-facing experiences
  • Create and curate resources that empower advocates to serve patients effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, community management, or PR, preferably in startups
  • Experience managing internal communication tools and community platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred; clinical background is strongly preferred
  • High level of agency and autonomy with a vision for healthcare improvement
