Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advocate Marketing Specialist, Events.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and execute a calendar of virtual and in-person advocate community events
• Lead end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, vendor management, contracts, and on-site logistics
• Conduct post-event analysis and reporting on key metrics such as advocate satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in events coordination, community management, or marketing roles, preferably in venture-backed startups
• Experience in planning and executing events at a startup
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred
• High level of agency and autonomy with a vision for community events' role in building culture
• Bonus: Experience with community building of 1099 employees
