Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for an Advocate Supervisor.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop new and existing team members within the Welbe Advocate Hub
  • Identify optimal workflows and establish best practices for daily operations and policies/procedures
  • Prepare reports and evaluate data to improve processes and monitor team performance
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two (2) years of supervisory-level experience within a call center environment
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, training, and motivating staff
  • Knowledgeable with technology, especially software applications, phone systems, and electronic medical records systems
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to employment
