Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is looking for an Advocate Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop new and existing team members within the Welbe Advocate Hub
- Identify optimal workflows and establish best practices for daily operations and policies/procedures
- Prepare reports and evaluate data to improve processes and monitor team performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory-level experience within a call center environment
- Demonstrated experience coaching, training, and motivating staff
- Knowledgeable with technology, especially software applications, phone systems, and electronic medical records systems
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to employment
