Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator - AEC.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the development and submission of Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Check (QA/QC) on marketing materials and technical documents
Assist in general marketing tasks, including preparation of resumes, project summaries, and presentations

Required Qualifications

2+ years of marketing experience in the AEC field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with InDesign is desirable but not required
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
