Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator - AEC.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development and submission of Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
- Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Check (QA/QC) on marketing materials and technical documents
- Assist in general marketing tasks, including preparation of resumes, project summaries, and presentations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience in the AEC field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with InDesign is desirable but not required
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
