Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator - AEC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the development and submission of Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
  • Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Check (QA/QC) on marketing materials and technical documents
  • Assist in general marketing tasks, including preparation of resumes, project summaries, and presentations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in the AEC field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with InDesign is desirable but not required
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
