Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their growing IT and AEC Talent Solutions practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, engage, and manage AEC candidates through the recruiting life cycle
• Provide sales leads and support client recruiting needs while managing multiple positions
• Proactively build a strong pipeline of passive talent and maintain professional relationships

Required Qualifications

• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is desired
• 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in the AEC industry
• A competitive attitude with a team player mentality
• Strong experience using ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Ability to self-manage personal goals with demonstrated time-management skills
