AEC Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic growth and business planning, the full-time AEC Strategy Manager will analyze market opportunities, evaluate portfolio strategies, and develop business cases while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support business and strategic planning by synthesizing market analysis, customer needs, and financial data
• Conduct research to inform growth strategy and assess strategic options through financial modeling and market sizing
• Collaborate with various teams to align on recommendations and contribute to the AEC Design strategic growth story

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced business degree is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy, business planning, or related roles with exposure to pricing and monetization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and financial modeling
• Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations and action plans
• Interest in or understanding of AEC markets and software business models
