AEM Assets Migration Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an efficient and highly organized AEM Assets Migration Consultant for a part-time remote position, this role will execute the migration and structural reorganization of approximately 70,000 assets from a legacy AEM instance to a new AEM Cloud Service environment, averaging 25 hours per month over a one-year engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Build out streamlined folder structures and update metadata schemas within AEM Cloud Service based on expert blueprints
• Configure and execute bulk asset migration pathways to efficiently move 70,000 assets within the designated time frame
• Provide practical advice on cloud migration best practices and conduct quality assurance tracking to ensure data integrity

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, with exposure to both legacy on-prem and AEM Cloud Service
• Proven track record of participating in AEM asset migrations, particularly legacy-to-cloud transitions
• Practical expertise using AEM bulk tools for manipulating large asset volumes efficiently
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter, executing plans independently without micromanagement
