AEM Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the AEM Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, assist in QA testing, and support business stakeholders while leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements using epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Gherkin format
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to negotiate and recommend solutions based on critical analysis of requests
• Assist in test case authoring and QA testing, utilizing tools such as Synapse RT or HP ALM

Required qualifications:

• Experience working on at least two AEM development teams (Adobe Managed Services 6.5, On-prem 6.5, or AEM cloud service platform)
• Hands-on experience with the AEM authoring interface and troubleshooting for business content authors
• Understanding of AEM sites/assets features, including DAM, components, and content fragments
• Ability to articulate functional examples of customizing the AEM platform to meet business needs
• Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
