AEM Cloud Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Providing operational support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service platforms, the full-time AEM Cloud Reliability Engineer will monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor platform health and system performance, ensuring application availability and service reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, coordinating with development and support teams
• Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines and support platform security and compliance activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations
• Experience in incident management and service restoration for critical business applications
• Familiarity with platform monitoring and automation techniques to improve service reliability
