AEM Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely as a contractor, the AEM Project Manager will lead a full-stack scrum team, facilitating agile delivery, managing project timelines, and ensuring stakeholder alignment while executing client projects focused on brand awareness and web development.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and maintain sprint cadence while driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with delivery leads to create clear project delivery plans and manage the backlog in Jira
• Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of project management and/or Scrum Master experience in a digital product or web delivery environment
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Proficiency with Agile workflows and Jira
• Ability to manage stakeholder communication and digital marketing objectives
