AEM Technical Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AEM Technical Architect to lead the development and optimization of digital content sites and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for AEM-based content sites, guiding best practices and solution design
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable AEM solutions, ensuring performance optimization and robust integrations
• Lead and mentor a team of AEM developers and QA engineers, establishing development best practices and fostering collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of web development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Demonstrated expertise in AEM components, templates, and administration
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams of developers and QA members
