AEM Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a hands-on AEM Technical Lead to support a long-term client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Act as a hands-on contributor (coding, reviewing, troubleshooting) while providing technical leadership and mentorship
• Own and guide AEM architecture decisions, ensuring best practices across development, deployment, and governance

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as an AEM Technical Lead
• Proven hands-on development experience with AEM
• Experience leading and mentoring AEM development teams
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, workflows, etc.)
• Experience working in distributed/global teams
