AEP Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time AEP Lead will manage Adobe Experience Platform implementations, focusing on schema design, data integration, and executing customer data platform (CDP) proof of concepts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement XDM schemas, ensuring effective profile enablement and segmentation
• Execute CDP proof of concepts, validating data ingestion and evaluating impacts on customer journeys and reporting
• Analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end data flows across AEP, AJO, and CJA platforms

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Hands-on expertise in XDM schema design and AEP APIs
• Proven experience in data integration, specifically with Snowflake AEP ingestion
• Working knowledge of dbt pipelines and governance strategies such as RBAC/ABAC
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AEP architecture
