Job Summary
Driving strategic integration of business and fleet programs, the full-time remote Aeroderivative Program Manager will prioritize and lead the resolution of systemic product quality issues through collaboration across various functions in the Gas Power business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategic deployment of corrective actions across New Product Introduction (NPI), New Unit, Installation & Commissioning (I&C), and fleet implementation
- Own and manage the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) target for Aeroderivative products tied to systemic quality issues
- Develop and implement key programs focused on reducing COPQ by driving alignment and engagement across engineering, supply chain, and other functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business-related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Gas Turbine Technology or a similar industry
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role within product line, engineering, services, or program/project management
