Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in aerospace and defense accounts
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer retention
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed account records using CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• US Citizenship
• Proven experience in senior-level account management within the aerospace and defense industry
• Willingness to reside near assigned accounts
• Strong understanding of aerospace and defense technologies and market dynamics
