• Forecast auditor utilization based on client demand and business priorities
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to auditor efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in audit management, particularly in aerospace and medical devices
• Knowledge of relevant certification standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to identify operational gaps and propose process improvements
• Experience in performance management and coaching of auditors
