Aerospace Certification Engineer

Job Summary

To support advanced aerospace system development, the full-time Aerospace Certification Engineer will develop and execute ECS trade studies, define evaluation criteria, and ensure compliance with ECS-related regulations, with the option to work remotely or from Everett, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute ECS trade studies, including pack sizing and control strategies
• Define evaluation criteria and perform sensitivity studies, documenting results in traceable reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major design reviews and compliance planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a related engineering field
• Strong fundamentals in aircraft ECS or thermofluids, including heat transfer and fluid dynamics
• Experience with requirements management tools and configuration management practices
• Ability to produce clear, structured technical trade study reports
