Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Aerospace & Defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract top talent and manage the candidate process from identification to offer extension
• Act as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert, providing updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume government contracting environment
• Extensive knowledge of Aviation/Aerospace & Defense industry-related jobs and terminology
• Ability to manage large requisition loads and create effective recruiting strategies
• Proficiency in effective sourcing methodologies and community-based networking strategies
