Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. PCBA Aerospace Manufacturing Test Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize test strategies and processes at Contract Manufacturing sites
Perform PCBA debugging and root-cause analysis, creating runbooks and training technicians
Collaborate with R&D and Test Development teams to enhance test systems and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience with complex test systems and RF functional tests
8+ years of experience integrating software and hardware systems
8+ years of experience using standard electronic lab test equipment for debugging
Ability to write detailed test station operating procedures
