Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aerospace Recruiter to identify and hire top talent in the aerospace engineering field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to meet business objectives
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of recruiting experience, particularly in aerospace and engineering roles
• Experience in achieving Talent Acquisition KPIs and hiring goals
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to aerospace and defense sectors
