Job Summary

Aerospace Sales Executive, responsible for the development and growth of avionics sales in a full-time role, focusing on direct and channel account management to achieve revenue targets and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans for target accounts
  • Engage with customers to understand their testing requirements and introduce product offerings
  • Manage relationships with manufacturing representatives and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales development and channel management within Aerospace and Defense
  • BSEE, BSCS, or engineering-related degree preferred, but experience can substitute
  • Strong leadership skills to maintain relationships with customers and industry partners
  • Ability to help channel partners develop technical and product knowledge
  • Solid understanding of the Aerospace, Defense, Public Safety, and Enterprise verticals
