Aerospace Technician Curriculum Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Curriculum Developer: Aerospace Technician (contract; part time).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and advise on proposed curriculum to ensure correct concepts are included
• Develop lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises covering foundational skills for aerospace technicians
• Iterate on curriculum based on feedback from employer SMEs to align with current aerospace industry standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related technical environments
• Demonstrated depth in Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites
• Experience with technician-level skills aligned to aerospace roles
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical writing
• Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects
