Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor: Aerospace Technician to deliver high-quality virtual instruction and drive exceptional learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for diverse groups of Fellows, ranging from 200 to 8,000+
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and assist in lesson design and improvement
• Maintain engagement and manage class dynamics during online lectures, ensuring timely delivery of content

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related technical environments
• Familiarity with technician-level skills in aerospace roles, including blueprint reading and precision measurement
• Experience with safety and quality standards such as OSHA and 5S
• Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects
• Ability to deliver engaging instruction in a live, virtual environment at scale
