Aerospace Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aerospace Employee Training & Instructing Specialist level 5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives
• Deliver training content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives
• Coach and develop less experienced instructors while leading projects to produce educational deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in aerospace and/or engineering support
• Experience in coaching, instructing, or as an employee development specialist
• Experience with detailed work instructions or interpreting blueprints and drawings
• 15+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Experience designing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum is preferred
