Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and engage with clients through outbound calls, all while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads to initiate consultations
• Run virtual consultations and create tailored treatment plans for clients
• Educate clients on services and present financing options to close sales

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and meet sales quotas
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
