Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Inside Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and manage a pipeline of warm leads while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads without cold calling
• Run virtual consultations and educate clients on various aesthetic services
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail)
• Comfortable with high call volume and achieving sales quotas
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Available for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
