Aesthetic Sales Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will run virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on every treatment plan sold, primarily engaging with warm leads generated by the company.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and conduct virtual consultations to create personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on various aesthetic services and present financing options to close deals
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams to ensure seamless client transitions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
