Job Summary
To support a growing aesthetic practice, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on every treatment sold while managing a pipeline of warm leads.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to company-generated leads and run virtual consultations
- Educate clients on services and present financing options to close deals
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client transitions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas
- Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
