Job Summary
To support a growing aesthetic practice, the full-time remote Aesthetics Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and close deals on various aesthetic services while managing a pipeline of warm leads.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and run virtual consultations to educate clients on services
- Present financing options and close deals for treatment plans
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for client handoffs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
- Comfortable with high call volume and achieving sales quotas
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
- Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
