Affiliate and Live Commerce Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing affiliate and live commerce initiative, the full-time Associate Affiliate/Live Creator Manager will recruit and manage affiliates and streamers across various platforms, coordinate campaigns, and analyze performance, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, creators, and livestream hosts across TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and creators while identifying new partnership opportunities
- Coordinate campaign logistics, including product seeding, creator gifting, and communication for seamless execution
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills with creators and cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance and optimize strategies
