Affiliate Channel Lead

Job Summary

Owning and scaling Yendo's affiliate and partner channel, the full-time Affiliate Channel Lead will define the channel strategy, manage partner operations, and optimize performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the affiliate and partner channel roadmap, targeting CPA, LTV/CAC, and revenue growth
• Manage end-to-end partner operations, including drafting Insertion Orders and maintaining tracking integrity
• Serve as the primary admin of the Impact partnership platform, ensuring accurate configuration and reporting

Required qualifications

• 3-8+ years of affiliate or performance partnership experience in consumer fintech or financial services
• Hands-on experience with financial comparison platforms like Credit Karma or LendingTree
• Fluency with the Impact partnership platform or equivalents such as CJ or Rakuten
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating Insertion Orders and managing partner relationships
• Strong comfort with performance data and ability to build reports independently
