Affiliate Community Coordinator

Job Summary

Owning and managing affiliate communities remotely, the full-time Affiliate Community Coordinator will execute community challenges, provide coaching to affiliate creators, and focus on growing and retaining productive affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and engage with affiliate communities on Discord and Lark
• Execute community challenges to drive posting and GMV growth
• Provide daily content review and feedback to affiliate creators

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of community or influencer management experience
• 1+ year of TikTok Shop Affiliate experience on the brand side
• Experience in paid or performance content creation is a plus
• Background in beauty or wellness/health is a plus
