Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Director in Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Translate company vision and goals into tactical solutions and results
Review onboarding strategies for new clients and participate in planning annual affiliate program proposals
Conduct regular client touch bases and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

7+ years of direct affiliate management experience; agency or network experience required
Knowledge of and experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., ASale, Commission Junction)
Demonstrated supervisory and mentorship skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Thorough understanding of the Affiliate Marketing environment
