Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Manager (Publisher Partnerships) to grow and manage its affiliate publisher network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate publishers and media partners
• Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners, conducting regular performance discussions
• Coordinate the onboarding and activation of new publishers for campaign launches

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership development
• Proven success in recruiting and managing affiliate publishers
• Established relationships with affiliate publishers or media buyers
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HitPath, Everflow)
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing metrics and performance economics
