Job Summary

To support the growth of performance partnerships, the remote Affiliate Manager will manage relationships with affiliate networks and direct advertisers, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue growth across digital publishing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with affiliate networks and performance partners while monitoring key performance metrics
• Support onboarding and campaign launches for direct advertisers, ensuring tracking setup and performance optimization
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimization opportunities, preparing performance reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs such as EPC, CPA, and CVR
• Experience with tracking platforms like Everflow, Tune, or HasOffers
• Strong organizational skills and a performance-driven mindset
