Affiliate Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of affiliate programs for financial services clients, the full-time Affiliate Manager will develop strategies, oversee account execution, and maintain client relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies tailored to client goals
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs and communicate performance results to clients
• Lead recruitment, activation, and compliance efforts with affiliates to enhance program performance

Required qualifications

• 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks such as ASale, Commission Junction, and Impact
• Experience with compliance and financial services clients
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities
