Affiliate Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of affiliate programs, the full-time Affiliate Manager will develop strategies, oversee client relationships, and execute marketing tactics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies based on client goals
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs and communicate performance results to clients
• Lead recruitment, activation, and communication with affiliates to enhance program performance

Required qualifications

• 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks such as ASale, Commission Junction, and Impact
• Experience with compliance in financial services
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Strategic mindset with strong client negotiation abilities
