Affiliate Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the affiliate network in the MENA region, the full-time remote Affiliate Manager will craft and manage affiliate programs, build partnerships, and leverage performance analytics to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, onboard, and manage new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models within the MENA market
• Conduct daily outreach and support existing affiliates while coordinating payout processes
• Initiate projects to improve the affiliate program and produce analytical reports on performance

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to build relationships with local affiliates, networks, and agencies
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience in Forex/broker affiliate programs and managing CPA/RevShare partnerships
