Affiliate Manager

Job Summary

Proactive and results-driven, the full-time remote Affiliate Manager will craft and manage impactful affiliate programs, build strong partnerships, and leverage performance analytics to drive business growth in the Philippines market.

Key responsibilities

• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates while managing relationships with existing ones
• Monitor affiliate traffic and performance, addressing any issues related to fraud or policy violations
• Develop and execute initiatives to grow and improve the affiliate program in the Philippine market

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the Philippines market
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino (Tagalog) is highly preferred
• Experience in the Forex, CFD, FinTech, Crypto, iGaming, or other financial services industry is a strong advantage
• Ability to identify and build relationships with local affiliates and networks
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
