Job Summary
To drive high-quality lead volume and maximize partner performance, the full-time salaried Affiliate Manager will recruit, onboard, and manage a network of third-party affiliate partners while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of third-party affiliate and publisher partners
- Negotiate payout structures, contracts, and volume commitments with affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate performance and analyze lead quality metrics to optimize partner outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in affiliate management, partner management, or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing third-party affiliate or publisher relationships
- Experience negotiating payout structures and contracts
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers/TUNE, or CAKE
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
