Affiliate Manager - Financial Services

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of affiliate programs, the full-time Affiliate Manager - Financial Services will develop marketing strategies, oversee operations, and maintain client relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies tailored to client-specific goals
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs and communicate performance results to clients
• Build and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and enhance program performance

Required qualifications

• 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required
• Knowledge and experience with Affiliate Networks (ASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)
• Experience with compliance or working with financial services clients
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Strategic and execution-oriented mindset
