Affiliate Manager - Financial Services

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of affiliate programs for financial services clients, the full-time Affiliate Manager - Financial Services will develop strategies, oversee account operations, and maintain client relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
• Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals
• Lead recruitment, activation, and compliance efforts while strengthening relationships with affiliates to enhance program performance

Required qualifications

• 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required
• Knowledge and experience with Affiliate Networks such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact
• Experience working with financial services clients and compliance matters
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce forecasts and set budgets for affiliate programs
• Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively in client meetings
